How the Process Works
The full legalization path has three steps, completed in this order:
- MOFA attestation
- Certified Russian translation
- Legalization at the Russian Consulate/Embassy
Option 1 covers Step 3 only (Consulate/Embassy legalization). Option 2 covers all three steps.
