For UAE issued personal documents to be recognized in Kazakhstan.
As the UAE is not party to the Apostille Convention, full consular legalization at the Kazakhstan Consulate/Embassy is required. We offer two service options depending on how much of the process you need us to handle.
How the Process Works
The full legalization path has three steps, completed in this order:
- MOFA attestation
- Certified translation
- Legalization at the Kazakhstan Consulate/Embassy
Option 1 covers Step 3 only (Consulate/Embassy legalization). Option 2 covers all three steps.
Documents We Handle
University degrees, birth certificates, marriage certificates, and other personal documents. The original document is required.
Option 1: Consulate/Embassy Legalization Only
For documents that are already MOFA attested and translated, only the final legalization step at the Kazakhstan Consulate/Embassy remains. Our step by step service:
- We book the appointment and arrange the submission slot.
- We submit the documents to the Kazakhstan Consulate/Embassy on behalf of client. Presence of client or any POA is not required.
- We follow up with the authority until legalization is complete.
- We collect and deliver the legalized documents back to you within Dubai.
We prepare the authorization letter. It must be signed in wet ink (and stamped, if applicable) by you, so that we can submit and collect the application at the Kazakhstan Consulate/Embassy.
