UAE Company Documents Attestation to Be Used in Kazakhstan

For Dubai and other UAE issued company documents to be recognized in Kazakhstan.

As the UAE is not party to the Apostille Convention, full consular legalization at the Kazakhstan Consulate/Embassy is required. We offer two service options depending on how much of the process you need us to handle.

How the Process Works

The full legalization path has three steps, completed in this order:

  1. MOFA attestation
  2. Certified English translation
  3. Legalization at the Kazakhstan Consulate/Embassy

For DMCC documents, a True Copy from DMCC is obtained first, before Step 1.

Option 1 covers Step 3 only (Consulate/Embassy legalization). Option 2 covers all three steps.

Documents We Handle

Dubai company documents we legalize most often: Trade License, Certificate of Incorporation, MOA / AOA, Share Certificates, Board Resolutions, Powers of Attorney, and other corporate documents. This covers DMCC and other Free Zone companies, as well as Mainland companies.

Option 1: Consulate/Embassy Legalization Only

For documents that are already MOFA attested and translated, only the final legalization step at the Kazakhstan Consulate/Embassy remains. Our step by step service:

  1. We book the appointment and arrange the submission slot.
  2. We submit the documents to the Kazakhstan Consulate/Embassy.
  3. We follow up with the authority until legalization is complete.
  4. We collect and deliver the legalized documents back to you within Dubai.

We prepare the authorization letter. It must be signed in wet ink and stamped by you, so that we can submit and collect the application at the Kazakhstan Consulate/Embassy.
