Background

The physical commodity trading company with the annual turnover of hundred million usd approached us to setup subsidiary DMCC firm. Due to the high quality of bank accounts and transactions they planned to have an in-house finance and accounting department , initially the client approached us for the outsource temporary accounting services.

InBusiness assigned the dedicated accountant who works only with this client exclusively. And splits the office day in client and our office. After working with us for few months, client realized that it is efficient because besides the dedicated accountant, they get also the tax help services from our tax advisor, and initially time to time CFO services from our head of department. Eventually the client setup their own in house CFO but kept InBusiness as the outsource accounting partner.

Our accountant helped client with creating the customized accounting ERP and helps with daily accounting, bank transactions management with the accountant/admin role, payroll.

Building on our existing relationship, we took over daily bookkeeping and ongoing accounting, bank transactions management with the accountant/admin role,. payroll, company secretarial services , admin, immigration and tax representation. We also assisted with day-to-day admin operations and advised on accounting and operational matters.
