BIK Hospitality is a UAE-based restaurant group holding company behind multiple well-known dining concepts in Dubai. The group manages hospitality investments through a structured holding model designed for scalability and long-term growth.
The Brief
BIK Hospitality needed to establish a ADGM holdings structures to own and manage hospitality assets. At the same time, the group required ongoing accounting and tax support—without building a full in-house finance department.
Our approach
InBusiness acted as BIK Hospitality’s external finance and compliance partner, delivering:
• ADGM SPV incorporation for hospitality asset ownership
• Ongoing admin compliance as per ADGM requirements, accounting, and tax support under a monthly engagement
As the group’s needs evolved, InBusiness also supported with:
• Investment financial models to evaluate return on investment to represent to shareholders
• Cashflow and project profitability assessments
• Assistance on shareholding structure amendments
The accounting part is managed by InBusiness’s dedicated Account Manager with Big-4 experience (ex-EY), with access to InBusiness tax specialists on an as-needed basis.
An ADGM holding structure lets a hospitality group hold each restaurant concept, separating risk between brands while keeping ownership under one roof. For BIK Hospitality, this structure supports clean reporting to shareholders and ongoing UAE tax compliance, without the group having to staff a full finance department in-house.
